These Terms of Use govern your use of the Ride & Tide Detailing website. By using it, you agree to them; if you don’t, please don’t use the site. They cover the website. The work we do for you is governed by your quote and invoice.

What this website is

This website explains our services and lets you request a free quote. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract or a promise of a specific price. It is the start of a conversation.

Estimates from the Quote Builder

The Quote Builder multiplies our published prices by the picks you make. Its result is an estimate, not a quote. Price may vary with the size and condition of your boat or vehicle, and work that has no published price (for example rust stains) is priced after we see it. The quote we send you is what counts.

Our service terms

Please book at least 48 hours ahead. Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice. If a deposit was taken, it is non-refundable upon cancellation.

Payment is due upon completion of service. Please inspect your vessel or vehicle before we leave and report any concerns within 72 hours. Balances unpaid after 7 days may be subject to a late fee.

We are not responsible for personal items left in the vessel or vehicle, or for pre-existing damage or wear. Results vary with the condition of the vessel or vehicle.

Your responsibilities

When you contact us, please give accurate information and make sure we can safely reach the boat or vehicle: the dock, slip, lift or driveway where it will be.

Photos you send

Only send photos you have the right to share. We use them to prepare your quote and keep them privately with your request; we never publish them without asking you first.

Our content

The text, photos, logo and design on this website belong to Ride & Tide Detailing. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our permission.

Other websites

This site may link to websites we don’t control, such as our Instagram and Facebook pages. We’re not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
