These SMS Terms describe the text-message program for Ride & Tide Detailing. If you opt in, we may text you about a request you started with us, for example to confirm a quote, arrange a visit or follow up on the work. These are customer-care replies to your own inquiry, not a promotional or marketing program.

You opt in by ticking the text-message consent box on our Quote Builder or contact form, or by texting us first. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of hiring us or of any purchase.

Message frequency varies with your request, for example arranging and confirming a visit. We only text you about what you contacted us about.

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

How to opt out or get help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (239) 776-6226.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
